Cockloft by KC Lynn

Cockloft: A firefighter term used as a structural space above ceiling and below rafters, often connecting adjacent occupancies and permitting fire to spread laterally, often unseen.

Gabriel Martinez is the most arrogant and infuriating man I’ve ever met. He has a knee-weakening smirk that makes me want to kiss—no—slap it off his rude, sexy face. Judging by his ego, you’d think the hose in his pants is as big as the one on his fire truck. Not that I know anything about that nor do I want to. Nope, not at all. He’s already been forgotten like last season’s Michael Kors.

CeCe Kensington is as pretentious and spoiled as they come. The ridiculous purses she shoulders around are as big as her attitude. And don’t get me started on her mile-long legs or full, glossy lips that are meant to be wrapped around a guy’s… If she only knew the dirty things I think about doing to that sassy mouth of hers, she'd be hightailing it back to her side of town.

✿¸.•´¸✿*´¨) ¸.•*¨✿

When the beautiful boutique owner and sexy firefighter meet in the most unlikely situation, their two worlds collide, creating an explosion of misperceptions and combustible heat, trapping them in a fire they never saw coming.

Dios Mio!

I need to be rescued by Gabriel Martinez--one of Atlanta's sweet and dirty talking fireman. Cockloft is a low-angst, fun and sexy read. The characters in this book have smokin' chemistry.

CeCe Kensington may look like Barbie, who carries her little dog around and drives a pink car, but there's more to her on the inside. She's more than just a pretty face. She's a successful business owner and has lost a lot over the years from tragedy. And when Gabe Martinez comes to her rescue, he immediately makes judgement on her. And that makes hating this hot and arrogant firefighter infuriating, but she can't help being attracted to!

Gabe and CeCe end up having mutual friends and are thrown together during a party and the sparks and constant banter back and forth fly! CeCe and Gabe are complete opposites, but the chemistry between each other is off the chart. But can these opposites make it last?

Cockloft is a great read that shows how opposites do attract!

Wild Card, an all-new contemporary STANDALONE by New York Times Bestselling author Karina Halle is available NOW!!!

Wild Card AMAZON
Wild Card is a standalone novel and the first book in the North Ridge Trilogy about rough and rugged Canadian mountain men, the Nelson brothers. Canada’s never felt so hot.

She swore she’d never go back home.

She swore she’d never see the man who broke her all those years ago.

But you don’t always get to choose your path.
And sometimes that path is as wild and rugged as the heart.

Rachel Waters thought she saw the last of the small mountain town of North Ridge, British Columbia, when she left six years ago. But while her advertising career blossomed beneath the skyscrapers of Toronto, her mother’s sudden illness has the 26-year old returning to North Ridge to care for her, putting her career on hold while dealing with family secrets, regrets and unresolved goodbyes.

Shane Nelson has always been a bit of a wild card. The youngest of three brothers, Shane’s spent most of his life being underestimated and misunderstood. With his quiet intensity, classic good looks and thoughtful demeanor, he’s an enigma on horseback, managing his father’s sprawling ranch on the slopes of North Ridge.

But while Shane remains the quintessential brooding cowboy, complete with an arsenal of inner demons, all of that changes when Rachel steps back into his life.

She was the girl he pushed away.

Now she’s the girl who wishes she could leave.

Despite the odds, Shane will do everything to convince Rachel he needs a second chance that he doesn’t deserve but when the two of them head off into the wilderness together in search of lost cattle, more than just their hearts are at stake.

Whether it's love or lives on the line, one thing is for sure: always bet on the wild card.

I'm a big fan of this author's work and I can add Wild Card to another top read from Ms. Halle! Wild Card is a sweet, second chance story that will make you swoon and want to live the small town life on the farm.

Shane and Rachel were inseparable since a young age. Their friendship developed into love as they grew up as teenagers. You can say, they were each others soulmate. But when a Shane breaks it off suddenly and publicly with Rachel, she ends up heartbroken and flees to the city life.

Years later, Rachel is back home for a family emergency and nothing seems to change in the small town. And the staying away over the years, meant staying away from the boy who broke her heart. But you know how that goes in a small town, you can't avoid people forever. When Rachel walks back into Shane's life, he refuses to give up on the woman he loves twice. But winning her heart back isn't easy. The only way for Shane to piece Rachel's heart back is to tell the truth that happened years ago.

Wild Card is a fantastic read with sweet and very sexy moments between these two characters.

Cover Reveal: CUFFED by: K. Bromberg

Release Day – Oct 23, 2017
Standalone

From the New York Times bestselling author, K. Bromberg, comes a new series about three brothers, the job that calls them, and the women who challenge them.

“I hate you. I never want to see you again.”

Grant Malone is not the reason I moved back to Sunnyville—at least that’s what I tell myself. Yet, those parting words I said to him back in third grade, ring in my ears every time a townsperson brings up one of the Malone boys. I thought time had healed my wounds. I was wrong. Nothing could have prepared me for how I felt when I finally saw him again.

Twenty years does a lot to turn a boy into a man. One who hits all my buttons—sexy, funny, attractive, and a police officer. But Grant is off limits because he knows too much about my past.

But I’m drawn to him. That damn uniform of his doesn’t hurt either. It’ll be my downfall. I know it.

What’s one night of sex going to hurt . . . right?

***

I’ve always loved Emmy Reeves.

That’s why I’m shocked to see her all these years later. The shy girl I once knew is all grown up.

Adventurous and full of life, she owns my heart now, just as much as she did back then. Convincing her of that is a whole different story.

I’ll give her the one night she asks for—like that’s a hardship—but when it comes to letting her walk away after, she has another thing coming. There’s no way in hell I’m letting her go this time without a fight.
