ARC Review: Walk Through Fire (Chaos #4) by Kristen Ashley

Millie Cross knows what it's like to burn for someone. She was young and wild and he was fierce and even wilder-a Chaos biker who made her heart pound. They fell in love at first sight and life was good, until she learned she couldn't be the woman he needed and made it so he had no choice but to walk away. Twenty years later, Millie's chance run-in with her old flame sparks a desire she just can't ignore. And this time, she won't let him ride off . . .

Bad boy Logan "High" Judd has seen his share of troubles with the law. Yet it was a beautiful woman who broke him. After ending a loveless marriage, High is shocked when his true love walks back into his life. Millie is still gorgeous, but she's just a ghost of her former self. High's intrigued at the change, but her betrayal cut him deep-and he doesn't want to get burned again. As High sinks into meting out vengeance for Millie's betrayal, he'll break all over again when he realizes just how Millie walked through fire for her man . . .

Walk Through Fire is releasing on October 27. Pre-Order/Purchase on Amazon!

5 Chaos Stars

Queen of MC book is back. Ms. Ashely knows how to make me read NON-STOP, when it comes to her books, especially when it's about her Chaos MC boys. Bad boy Logan "High" Judd is still angry and bitter, when his only love, Millie Cross walked away from him twenty years ago, without warning.

Now Millie is back, and High has no interest in rekindling with her, but wants to pay her back. He's determined to win and leave her high and dry as she did to him many years ago.

I loved Millie Cross' character. She is smart, independent, but never gotten over her love for Logan. She had her reasons on why she left twenty-years ago. And ugh..seriously, this woman is selfless. It made me love her more and wanting her to get her HEA with Logan. But Millie never moved on with her life, just living it empty and pretending it was all good.

So when her and Logan cross paths after twenty years, their reunion was not good. Logan was an absolute ass to her. And after that she was done. Over it and over him.

That's until Tyra and some of the Chaos ladies stick their nose in Millie and High's business! What I loved about Walk Through Fire is that we get more of Tyra, Tack, and some of the Dream Men ladies in this one. And I loved it! It's another great book from my all-time favorite author! It's filled with plenty of alpha male bossiness, lots of steamy scenes and plenty of chaos and drama in the life of these guys. Can't wait for more, and I'm hoping Hound gets a book next...
