Granted, this is the first time she’s met my parents, but my brother and sister have come to visit, and she’s had the dubious honor of meeting Roy. The only person in Sofia’s family that we’ve met is her mom, Alicia. Never the brother, which is a shame because anytime him and Sofia are together in pictures, he looks super-hot, and way out of my league.

Chasing My Forever is the latest book in the Next Generation - Beaumont series And we finally get Quinn James' story. We meet little James way back in the first series and watched him grow up.
James comes from a musical family and it's been expected for him to follow in the footsteps. But James enjoys his quiet life in performing in a small, local coffee house. Watching his sisters find there calling in life, James is just trying to figure out his.
Eleanora Boone wants to live her own life. She's a sweet Southerner, who always did the "right" thing. She follows her parents' expectations and living out their dream for her. Now that she graduated, Eleanor is not ready to go back home and be married off. She decides to take off for one last hurrah to California, before she dreads going back home.

That's where she meets Quinn at the coffee house. Their connection is deep, but both are afraid to act and when they do, it's hot. But it's not without secrets that could tear them apart.
I love reading this series, because you always get a little more past characters, but Chasing My Forever can be a standalone. So fans of the Beaumont crew will be delighted to get a little bit more Noah and Harrison and the gang.
