All My Life by Prescott Lane

The beginning of any love story starts with the meet.
I’ve known Garrett Hollis since before I can remember, and I’ve loved him just as long. I loved him while he loved someone else. I loved him when he had a baby with her. I loved him when she left him.
The greatest of love stories is that between a dad and his daughter. I should know. I’ve had a front row seat. First steps, first words, all the big moments.
Garrett was just a teenager when Mia was born. I’ve watched him braid his daughter’s hair, hold her hand crossing the street, seen her asleep on his chest. I’m the best friend, the one they can count on for everything from dance lessons to motherly advice, anything they need. I’m their go-to girl.
The best part of any love story is the happily ever after.
But what if the happily ever after doesn’t include you?
All my life, that’s how long I’ve loved him.
Of course, he’s clueless.

Oh, this book broke my heart and made me so happy by the end. All My Life, is a beautiful story about a single father and his tight relationship with his daughter. I loved the bond between Garret and Mia. The father/daughter had one of the best relationships I've read.

Mia is getting ready to leave for college and her entire life it's just been her and her dad, Garret. Mia just wants to make sure her dad lives his life by finding love, now that she is becoming an adult and living on her own. And the way she goes about doing it is hilarious.

On the sideline as Garret's best friend from childhood is Devlyn. She's stuck by Garret's side when everyone else turned on him and watched him raise his daughter. And Devlyn has been a constant in Mia's life. But that is all Devlyn is to Garret--being his side kick, his friend.

But when Garret starts seeing Devlyn in a new light, their relationship changes forever. And when his past comes back, it might end up breaking their friendship forever.

All My Life is a fabulous read that had me laughing and in tears. I couldn't love this book any more!!
