There's no secret that I'm a huge fan of this author. I will read anything she puts out and the Sex and Sweet Tea series just gets better and better.
The series continues with Colt Mancickus, the younger brother, who is determined to keep Mainer Farms running in his family. But he's faced with a road block of winning a grant that help him keep the farm afloat, along with new ideas he has for it. And that road block is Darby Culhane.
Darby Culhane is a newly single mom looking for a fresh start with daughter, Linnie. She's going to run the Farrington Farms and start a new life. Getting this grant means she can successfully help the farm and finish off her degree. But the more time she spends in Whynot, NC and the people in town, she starts to understand how close this community is.
Colt may have seen Darby as the enemy, but the more time he spends with her and Linnie, he realizes she's not the bad guy.
