Easton Wylder is out most of the season when an almost career ending injury lands him on the table of a physical therapist. And he's met his match with the very sassy, gorgeous Scout Dalton.
Scout is trying to prove herself in a male dominate world of professional athletes, so when she takes over clients for her father, she ends up meeting (and attracted to!) to the hot shot, Easton. These two have a great banter between each other. They both judge each other by their looks and gossip at first, but once they get to know each other, feelings begin.
The Player is a fantastic sports read that has plenty of humor, steam and some OMG moments. And yes, there is a cliffhanger that leaves you with your mouth open. I'm ready for book 2!
