I'll start by saying this cover is hot! And when I read that it was about fighter pilots, my first thought was-- "I feel the need to read..."--yes that is a Top Gun pun. And yes, that's the Navy and not the Air Force, but you'll get the jokes when you read this fantastic book.
Fly With Me is a great read that kicks off the Wild Aces series. The main characters, Noah and Jordan, are a perfect fit. They developed quick chemistry right from the start. And I was rooting for these two from the beginning.
One flirtatious weekend hook-up in Vegas, leads to an unexpected romance between Noah and Jordan. Jordan is in Vegas celebrating her younger sister's bachelorette party. She's happy that her sister has found love, but it has her thinking where is " the one" for her. Little did she know, that her "one" shows up in Vegas in a uniform.
Noah Miller's life has been all about flying and serving his country. He's lived his life on missions and has been content from not having a permanent home. But once he sets eyes on the beautiful, sassy and very independent, Jordan, his outlook on life and love changes.
Jordan and Noah end up spending the weekend together and they just knew one weekend wouldn't be enough. The problem...he lives in Oklahoma and she lives in Florida. Jordan owns a boutique and Noah is constantly travelling around the world. Fly With Me takes you through the hardship of a long distance relationship, plus having one partner in the military that can be potentially dangerous. Noah and Jordan struggle to make it work, but in the end their love is worth it.
Fly With Me introduces you to Noah's fighter pilots friends, that opens up new characters for more books in this series. And I can't wait to get more! If you are a fan of hot romance, plenty of sexy scenes and some heartbreaks (but with a HEA!), then Fly With Me is the read for you. I've been a huge of fan of Ms. Cleeton since her Capital Confession series and I just knew going into this new one, it would be just as great. As always, looking forward for more!
